Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
Slowly breathe out through your mouth for 6 seconds.
Repeat this 5 times.
This simple exercise helps calm your nervous system and clears your mind. You can do it anywhere - before a test, during a break, or anytime you feel overwhelmed.
2. Get Moving Every Day
Exercise is a natural stress buster. It releases feel-good chemicals called endorphins that boost your mood. You don’t have to run a marathon. Just 20-30 minutes of walking, dancing, biking, or playing a sport can help.
